DevCon was selected to delivered a practically oriented Project Cycle Management training to participants from five institution consisting a consortia implementing Digital Innovation Hub IDEMO project:
- Innovation Centre Banja Luka,
- Chamber of Commerce of Republika Srpska,
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering Banja Luka,
- Republika Srpska SME Development Agency and
- Enterprise Development Agency – EDA Banja Luka.
The goal of DIH IDEMO project is improving the competitiveness of SMEs from the region in global value chains (mostly related to the EU markets) by applying digital innovations and helping SMEs from the ICT sector to explore and exploit the emerging digitalization market in the country.
The training consisted of the following six modules:
- Introduction into project management
- Logical framework
- Logical framework matrix
- Project implementation
- EU funding
- Preparation of project proposals.
The training resulted with practical conceptualization of the follow-up of DIH IDEMO project. Evaluation showed satisfaction with the training, as well as improvement of participants’ level of knowledge, as presented in the graph.
