As a recently BFC SEE (Southeast Europe Business Friendly Certificate) certified locality, Stanari municipality is obliged to conduct regular surveys. To this end, DevCon was engaged to improve and streamline relevant processes aimed at the assessment of quality of municipal services provided to citizens and to businesses.
Stanari municipality was supported in the process of collection and processing of the questionnaires on the quality of public services provided to the citizens through an automated online survey . In addition, a comprehensive Excel database was developed to support the process of collection of information and reporting of the status of the local economy in Stanari municipality.
