The Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services project operated by GIZ has engaged DevCon to support the Association of Water Utility Companies of Republika Srpska in strategic planning. As a part of this activity, a two-day training was provided to the member of the Association simultaneously collecting relevant inputs for the strategic planning process.
As a result, the Strategic Plan 2023-2025, the Action Plan for its implementation and the Operational plan for 2023 have been prepared and presented to the management structures of the Association.
