DevCon was engaged to deliver a four-day Project Management training for the personnel of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska. The training consisted of the following modules:
- Strategic Planning and Development Management
- Logical Framework
- Project Cycle Management
- Monitoring and Evaluation of Project Implementation
The training was attended by 14 empoyees of Republic’s Tax Administration and was held with a goal to introduce participants to the strategic planning and development management, Project Cycle Management and Logframe approach. Being practically oriented, it helped to prepare Logframe for the project Establishment of automatic data exchange in fighting tax evasion.
